Your Wild Breath Worksheets — Here's How They Work 📄🌬️

Hey there!

Just a quick note to let you know how your course materials will work so you're set up and ready to go from day one.

Each night after our session, you'll receive your worksheet two ways — it will land in your inbox AND it will be waiting for you in your Offering Tree library. It's yours to keep — a reference guide and practice journal all in one. Each worksheet includes a summary of everything we covered in class, reflection prompts to help you process your experience, and a weekly practice tracker to keep you consistent until we meet again.

Here's why I do it this way:

I want you fully present during our time together — not heads down taking notes! Everything you need will be there waiting for you the next morning. That said, if you want to jot down a word or two during class, go for it. But mostly — just show up, breathe, and be in the experience. The worksheet will handle the rest.

Here's what I suggest:

The morning after each session, download and save your worksheet. Read through it while the session is still fresh — you'll be surprised how much it brings back. You can print it out or use a journal throughout the week.

By the end of our six sessions together, you'll have a complete personal workbook — in your own words, capturing your own journey. Trust me, looking back at your early entries is one of the most powerful parts of this whole experience.
