And I know what it feels like to find your way back.
It grew out of my own experience of realizing how easy it is to become very good at taking care of everything—and slowly stop hearing yourself in the process.
I didn’t need another way to control myself, improve myself, or become a better version of myself.
And that changed the way I practice, the way I teach, and eventually, the work I created.
For a long time, I was capable, independent, and really good at figuring things out. I could adapt. Keep going. Take care of what needed to be taken care of.
And somewhere along the way, especially as I moved into midlife, I began to realize that being good at managing my life wasn’t the same as feeling connected to it.
I had spent years looking outside myself for answers—learning, growing, trying different practices, and searching for the thing that might finally make everything click.
Breathwork was one of the first things that interrupted the noise enough for me to notice what was actually happening inside me. Meditation gave me somewhere to stay with it.
And over time, those experiences changed the relationship I had with myself.
I’ve spent years studying breathwork, meditation, emotional processing, embodiment, and the ways our internal patterns shape how we move through life.
And I respect the tools.
But I’m not interested in teaching you to follow my way perfectly.
That means experimenting. Noticing. Paying attention to what changes—and what doesn’t.
It means learning the difference between what you think you should need and what you actually need.
Wild Breath brings together breathwork, effortless meditation, emotional processing, embodied awareness, and real-life practice.
But the goal isn’t to collect more techniques.
It’s to notice yourself sooner. Create a little space before the automatic reaction. Hear what you need, want, and know—and build enough evidence to trust what you hear.
My approach is shaped by more than 20 years of personal study, professional training, and embodied practice across breathwork, meditation, coaching, and yoga.
Before You Say Yes is a free 18-minute Wild Breath experience. A chance to step out of autopilot, reconnect with yourself, and notice what happens when you stop trying to get everything right.
