Hi! I'm Shannon

Let me introduce myself. I'm Shannon—breathwork facilitator, meditation teacher, and embodied astrologer. I'm also a proud mom, forever student, travel junkie, coffee enthusiast, and someone who deeply believes in the power of community and self-discovery.

I guide burnt out, stressed out, overwhelmed people into calmer, clearer, more aligned chapters of life. And I do it through a combination of three powerful practices: breathwork, effortless meditation, and embodied astrology.

Through Wild Breath and Effortless Meditation, we regulate your nervous system so you can actually think clearly and feel grounded. Through embodied astrology, you understand your unique blueprint—your natural strengths, tendencies, and how you're wired—so you stop fighting against yourself and start making aligned choices.

I've been through my own life transitions—the kind that shake your foundation and force you to figure out who you are when all your roles shift. That's how I know this work isn't just theory. It's deeply practical, tested-in-real-life stuff that actually creates lasting change.

My approach draws on 20+ years of certifications, personal study, and practice — and everything I offer is grounded in both science-backed techniques and genuine intuition. You'll get proven frameworks and tools that actually work, alongside the space to discover what resonates for you specifically. I'm not here to tell you what to do.
