I'm the creator of Wild Breath—a practical approach to breathwork and effortless meditation that helps women regulate, reconnect, and learn to trust themselves again.
I'm also a proud mom, forever student, travel junkie, coffee enthusiast, and someone who believes this chapter of life isn't about becoming who you used to be.
It's about coming home to who you are now.
There’s a feeling that can arrive somewhere in your 40s or 50s that nobody really warns you about.
You look at the life you’ve built—the family, relationships, career, responsibilities, all the things you’ve spent years tending—and somewhere underneath it all is a question:
Where am I in all of this?
I know that feeling because I lived it.
I spent decades in the beauty industry, while moving through marriage, motherhood, divorce, rebuilding, and starting over. I became incredibly good at showing up for everyone else while slowly losing the thread back to myself.
I kept going. I kept functioning. I looked fine.
But I wasn’t really hearing myself anymore.
Breathwork and effortless meditation changed that. They helped me recognize what was happening inside me, create space before automatically reacting, and reconnect with a part of myself I had stopped listening to.
The deeper change wasn’t simply that I felt calmer.
I could hear myself again. And I began trusting what I heard.
That experience became Wild Breath.
Today, at 56, I don’t want the old me back. This chapter may be the most exciting one yet—not despite everything that has changed, but because of it.
And that’s what I want for the women I work with, too.
This isn’t about getting the old you back.
It’s about coming home to who you are now.

I don't believe in one-size-fits-all practices.
I don't believe you need another guru telling you what you should feel, how you should heal, or what the correct answer is.
And I don't believe you have to walk into a room already calm, open, spiritual, vulnerable, or 'ready.'
You don't have to have it together to walk in. You just have to be willing to breathe.
The goal isn't for you to need more authority from me. It's for you to restore your own.
Wild Breath uses strategic breathwork, effortless meditation, emotional processing, embodied awareness, progressive practice, and community.
Underneath those practices is Internal Signal Recalibration™—a process that helps interrupt chronic self-override and rebuild your ability to recognize, respond to, and trust your own internal signals.
Breathwork and meditation are what you experience.
Internal Signal Recalibration is what is happening.
Self-trust is what begins to return.
Conscious response is what becomes possible.
My approach is shaped by more than 20 years of personal study, professional training, and embodied practice across breathwork, meditation, coaching, and yoga.
I believe the most useful tools are the ones that can move with you into real life—so my work brings together evidence-informed nervous system practices with the methods I’ve experienced, practiced, and taught myself.
