That's why I built Wild Breath — practical tools where science and spirit actually meet. Not the woo-woo version. The real version. The kind you can use Monday morning.

I'm a certified breathwork facilitator, meditation teacher, and life coach based right here in the desert. I've watched this work change lives — including my own. Desert Bloom is the retreat I've been building toward. I can't wait to share it with you.

QUESTIONS

Do I need breathwork or meditation experience? Not at all. Everything is accessible and taught in a way that makes sense — no special background required.

How fit do I need to be for the hike? Moderately active. The canyon hike involves some uneven terrain but is designed to be deeply enjoyable — not a fitness test.

Can I come alone if I don't know anyone? That's actually how most women arrive. By Sunday you won't remember what it felt like not to know these women. These weekends create lifelong friendships.

What about dietary restrictions? We accommodate them. Share any dietary needs when you register and our private chef will make sure every meal works for you.

Is there a payment plan? Yes. $500 holds your spot and we'll set up a payment schedule that works for your timeline.

What's the refund policy? All sales are final. Spots may be transferred to another woman if you're unable to attend.

Where exactly is the retreat? The Good House Villa, Desert Hot Springs, CA. Full address shared upon registration. Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) is approximately 15 minutes away. Transportation not included.

What's the room situation? Shared rooms feature a king bed — ideal if you're coming with a friend. A limited number of private rooms are available for those who need their own space. Private rooms go fast so if that's you, don't wait.
