A single focused breathwork and meditation session personalized to what your nervous system needs right now. No intake. No prep. Just show up and we work with what you bring.

Perfect for:

  • Immediate stress or emotional relief

  • A one-time deep dive into breathwork

  • Trying private sessions before committing to a program

  • Ongoing drop-in support alongside your Studio practice

Duration: 60 minutes Format: Online via Zoom Investment: $135

You receive a recording of your session to revisit and use in your own practice.


Clarity Coaching Series

A focused program built around your patterns, blocks, and goals—combining breathwork, meditation, and coaching into a personalized series designed to create real, lasting change.

This is for people who are ready to go beyond a single session and do the deeper work.

How it works: Your first session is a deep dive. We get clear on where you are, what's blocking you, what you want, and what your program needs to look like. From there we build your personalized series together—adjusting as you grow.

Programs are available in:

  • 3 months — focused work on a specific pattern or transition

  • 6 months — deeper nervous system rewiring and practice building

  • 9 months — comprehensive, sustained transformation

I want clarity coaching but I'm not sure about breathwork. Do I have to include it? Not at all. We work with what feels right for you. That said, most people find that even a few minutes of breathwork before coaching creates more clarity than talking alone ever could.

What do I need for my session? A quiet space, a computer with good audio, and somewhere you can lie down comfortably if we incorporate breathwork.

How is a coaching series different from booking individual sessions? Individual sessions are great for immediate support. A coaching series is designed for sustained transformation—your first session maps the direction, and every session after builds on the last.
