Breathwork Journey uses active, rhythmic breathing patterns to help you access and release emotions stored in your body. This is intentionally activating work—designed to move what's stuck and create space for clarity and relief.
Unlike Wild Breath Meditation (which is gentle and restorative), Breathwork Journey is more dynamic. The breathing is faster, deeper, and more sustained—creating energy shifts and emotional movement as well as calm stillness.
Through sustained conscious breathing, you bypass your thinking mind and tap directly into what your body has been holding. The breathing pattern activates your nervous system, creating different experiences depending on what you need—some sessions bring emotional release, others leave you energized and clear, and some create deep peace and rest.
I guide you through layered breathing techniques with prompts that help you go deeper. Music and sound healing support the process. Your job is to breathe and let your body lead.
This isn't meditation. It's active, energy-moving work. The session closes with a stillness and sound to help you integrate and ground what moved through you.
