Wild Breath Meditation combines conscious breathwork with effortless meditation—a practice designed to calm your nervous system, quiet mental chatter, and help you reconnect to yourself. This is restorative work that creates space for rest, clarity, and inner peace.

Unlike Breathwork Journey (which is dynamic and activating), Wild Breath Meditation is slow and soothing. The breathing is gentle and the focus is on settling into stillness rather than moving energy.


What Happens in This Class

We begin with conscious breathwork to regulate your nervous system and bring you into the present moment. This prepares your body and mind for the effortless meditation that follows—a research-backed technique that doesn't require you to fight your thoughts or force focus.

You don't need to sit perfectly still. You don't need to empty your mind. You just need to show up and let the practice do the work.

I guide you through gentle breath techniques and meditation prompts that help you drop out of your thinking mind and into restful awareness. The session may include visualization, body awareness, or simply resting in stillness.

This practice is accessible for anyone—whether you've meditated for years or have never been able to sit still for five minutes.
